At just the right time, Into a dark and love-hungry world, God sent His Son. Advent is a time of waiting with hope. We anticipate the time When all things on earth and in our lives will be made right. We wait for Christ to bring justice to the nations To heal our still-fractured world To mend our broken hearts. His birth was the beginning of a new reign of love, a fresh advent of heaven on earth. This love surrounds us even now— not as a distant memory but a living force and a change-agent in our world. Advent is a time for new beginnings. It anticipates the good news and great joy that is coming into our lives now as well as on the first Christmas long ago. The message of Advent is this: He has come he will come again and he will bring peace. 'Tis the Season
